In cooperation with the Keystone Mountain Lakes Regional Council of Carpenters Training Center, the APIC Three Rivers Planning Committee will arrange an area for Exhibitor displays at the 2018 Conference. The fee for the Exhibitor display table is $350.00 per table.
For reference, vendor activities are scheduled as follows:
|6:00 – 7:30 a.m.||Vendor Set-Up (A table with tablecloth and two chairs will be provided for each vendor)|
|7:30 – 8:30 a.m.||Registration / Breakfast and Vendor Display|
|8:30 – 8:45 a.m.||Welcome / Conference Dedication / Vendor Introduction|
|10:45 – 11:30 a.m.||Break / Vendor Displays /Snack|
|11:30 – 12:30 p.m.||Vendor Lunch|
|12:30 – 1:30 p.m.||Attendee Lunch / Vendor Display|

To register as a vendor, download the 2018 Vendor Application Forms, complete and submit as directed on the forms.
If you are interested in sponsoring the meals/breaks or a presenter’s honorarium, please contact Juliet Ferrelli directly Juliet Ferrelli (412-330-2623). If you choose to sponsor, you may do so by either contributing the entire amount of the meal/snack or a portion of the total. If a donation is made the $350 table fee is waived.
