In cooperation with the Keystone Mountain Lakes Regional Council of Carpenters Training Center, the APIC Three Rivers Planning Committee arranged an area for Exhibitor displays at the 2019 Conference. The fee for the Exhibitor display table was $350.00 per table.
For reference, vendor activities were scheduled as follows:
| 6:00 – 7:30 a.m. | Vendor Set-Up (A table with tablecloth and two chairs will be provided for each vendor) |
| 7:30 – 8:30 a.m. | Registration / Breakfast and Vendor Display |
| 8:30 – 8:45 a.m. | Welcome / Conference Dedication / Vendor Introduction |
| 10:45 – 11:45 a.m. | Break / Vendor Displays /Snack |
| 11:45 – 12:45 p.m. | Vendor Lunch |
| 12:45 – 1:45 p.m. | Attendee Lunch / Vendor Display |
