Stephanie Faidley, RN, BSN, CIC  is currently the Director of Occupational/Employee Health and Infection Prevention at Somerset Hospital, in Somerset , PA  . For the past five years, Stephanie has been an infection preventionist in hospitals of varying sizes, providing her with optimal versatility and learning opportunities to enhance patient safety. As an APIC Three Rivers chapter member, Stephanie has served as member of the Annual Conference Committee, Chapter President, and currently serves as the Meeting Educational Chair.  Stephanie received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Ohio University. She has been certified in infection control since 2010
